Why can't I see my orders or stories?Updated 3 hours ago

Having trouble finding your orders or stories on the website or the Magic Story app?

1. Open the website or the Magic Story iOS app

2. Tap “Sign In” (not Sign in with Apple)

3. Enter the email used for your order

4. Enter the code sent to your email to verify your account

5. Open the Library tab in the app to view your stories, or visit your account on the website to access your orders and manage your subscription. 
   
   

Quick fixes:

• Double-check you’re using the same email from your order

• Log out and log back in
