Magic Story is a personalized storytelling universe that makes your child the hero of their own magical adventures. Each story incorporates your child’s name and a custom avatar based on their gender and appearance, creating a unique, engaging, and educational alternative to typical screentime.
Magic Story books are crafted as “nutritional content” for kids, designed to replace negative or passive screentime with immersive, positive storytelling experiences. Through Magic Story, children can enjoy stories that encourage imagination, learning, and active engagement with beloved characters and music.
When ordering a Magic Story, you’ll provide your child’s name and select avatar details to match their gender and appearance. Each book is then custom-made with this unique character design, making your child the true hero of their story.

Magic Story Plus
Magic Story Plus is our digital subscription, available for $14.99 per month. It includes access to digital versions of your personalized stories, a growing library of classic tales, exclusive music and video content, discounts on printed books, and 1 free credit each month to personalize and download a story.
With Magic Story Plus, you’ll receive:
- 1 monthly credit for a free personalized digital story.
- Discounts on printed books, allowing you to save on physical hardcover or softcover editions.
- Access to music themed around each story, bringing the adventure to life with sound and song.
- 30-day free trial with the flexibility to cancel anytime.
Each month, your subscription provides one credit for a personalized story. You’ll receive a notification when your monthly credit is available, and you can use it during checkout to download your digital story for free.
Unused credits will roll over and accumulate, up to a maximum of 12 credits. If you reach this limit, no additional credits will be added until you use some. You may also purchase extra credits if you need more than one in a month. Please note that any unused credits will be lost if you cancel your subscription.
Yes, you may cancel at any time through your account settings. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, please cancel at least 24 hours before your billing date. If you need assistance please contact us.
When you cancel, you’ll retain access to all personalized stories you’ve downloaded in the app. However, you’ll lose access to any unused credits, the music library, and the Magic Story Classics collection (non-personalized stories).
Digital App and Story Access
Magic Story Plus subscribers can access their personalized and classic stories directly through the Magic Story app, available on iOS. Simply log in to the Magic Story iOS app to access your library.
You can download the Magic Story app in three easy ways:

- Scan the QR code below with your iPhone camera
How do I scan the QR code?
Simply open your iPhone camera and point it at the QR code shown above. A notification will appear - tap it to be taken directly to the Magic Story app in the App Store.
I can't find the app in the App Store. Help?
Make sure you're searching for "Magic Story" by Magine Studios. If you're still having trouble, the direct link or QR code above will take you right there. Remember, Magic Story is currently only available for iOS devices (iPhone and iPad).
What iOS version do I need?
Magic Story requires iOS 15.0 or later and is compatible with iPhone and iPad.
Once I download the app, how do I get started?
After installation, open the app and simply sign in with your existing credentials.

Purchasing and Customization
All books are custom-made and require approximately 2-3 business days to print before they ship.
Yes, all Magic Story books are available in both durable hardcover and lightweight softcover options, allowing you to choose the format that best suits your needs.
Since each Magic Story book is personalized and made-to-order, production begins immediately after your order is placed. Because of this, we typically cannot accommodate changes once an order is submitted. If you have questions about your order, please contact us right away.
Currently, Magic Story is available only in English, but we plan to offer more languages soon. Follow us on social media for updates!

Yes! For those extra-special occasions when magic needs to move quickly, we offer expedited shipping for just $5, delivering within 1-3 business days after printing.

Since each Magic Story book is personally crafted for your little hero, we typically need 2-4 business days to create your custom masterpiece. After that, delivery times depend on your chosen shipping method:
- Standard Shipping (Free): 3-11 business days
- Expedited Shipping ($5): 1-3 business days
Your magical adventure begins the moment you place your order! Our on-demand printing process starts immediately, and books typically ship within 2-4 business days of ordering.
We'll send you a tracking number via email once your book ships. Sometimes tracking systems need a little magic (about 24 hours) to show the latest updates, so don't worry if you don't see movement right away.
While we take great care in crafting each book, sometimes shipping gnomes can be a bit rough. If your book arrives damaged or has printing issues:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Send photos of the damage to [email protected]
- Our team will quickly arrange for a replacement or refund
Since each Magic Story book is specially created for your child, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there's damage or a printing error. Please review all personalization details carefully before ordering!

Order Processing Each Magic Story book is custom-created and printed on demand with your child's personalized details. Order processing typically requires 2-4 business days before shipment. Processing begins immediately upon order placement and cannot be modified once started.

Order Tracking A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent when your order ships. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active in the carrier's system after the initial shipping notification.
Damaged or Incorrect Items Quality is our priority. In the event you receive a damaged or incorrectly printed book:

- Include order number and photos of the damage/error
- Our team will review and process a replacement or refund
Returns & Exchanges Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of damage or printing errors. All sales are final. Please review all personalization details carefully before completing your purchase.
International Orders Currently, shipping is only available within the continental United States. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations are not available at this time.
