Cost: $3.99 for the first book
Arrives 7 to 11 business days from order (including 3–5 business days of printing)

Expedited Shipping
Cost: $7.99 for the first book
Arrives 5 to 7 business days from order (including 3–5 business days of printing)

We currently ship printed books within the United States only. We send a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your order ships; tracking can take up to 24 hours to become active in the carrier's system.
