Can I return or exchange my book?Updated a month ago

Since every Magic Story book is personalized, we don’t accept returns. But your satisfaction matters most, so here’s what we can do:

• If there’s damage or a printing error, we’ll replace your book free of charge (no need to return it).

• If the story isn’t a good fit for your child, we may be able to send a replacement featuring a different story at no cost, or offer a refund/credit.

👉 Just contact us with your order number, email used to place the order, and a quick note about what went wrong — we’ll take care of it.
