Because every Magic Story book is personalized and made-to-order, production begins shortly after your order is placed. This means we’re usually unable to make major changes once your order is submitted.
That said, here’s what you need to know:

Shipping Address Updates: If you need to update the shipping address for your book, please notify us as soon as possible with your order # and updated shipping address.
Order cancellations: Cancellations are possible during the initial 24 hours while your order is being processed.
⚠️ Changes we cannot guarantee
Character details: Your child’s avatar is automatically generated from the photo you upload. Please carefully review their name, gender, eye color, hairstyle, and other character attributes before checking out.
If the likeness doesn’t look right, try regenerating the avatar or uploading a different photo before placing your order.
Once production begins, we may not be able to make adjustments to these details.
