Because every Magic Story book is personalized and made-to-order, production begins shortly after your order is placed. This means we’re usually unable to make major changes once your order is submitted.

That said, here’s what you need to know:

✅ Changes we can help with:

• Shipping Address Updates: If you need to update the shipping address for your book, please notify us as soon as possible with your order # and updated shipping address.

• Order cancellations: Cancellations are possible during the initial 24 hours while your order is being processed.

⚠️ Changes we cannot guarantee

• Character details: Your child’s avatar is automatically generated from the photo you upload. Please carefully review their name, gender, eye color, hairstyle, and other character attributes before checking out.

• If the likeness doesn’t look right, try regenerating the avatar or uploading a different photo before placing your order.

• Once production begins, we may not be able to make adjustments to these details.
