Because every Magic Story book is personalized and made-to-order, production begins right after your order is placed. This means we’re usually unable to make major changes once your order is submitted.

That said, here’s what you need to know:

Changes we can help with:

• Shipping Address Updates: If you need to correct the shipping address for your book, please let us know as soon as possible.

• Order cancellations: Cancellations are possible during the initial 1–2 business days while your order is being processed.

Changes we cannot guarantee

• Character details: Since personalization is the heart of your book, we encourage you to carefully review your child’s name, eye color, hairstyle, and other character attributes before checking out. Once production begins, we may not be able to make adjustments to these details.
