When ordering a Magic Story, you’ll provide your child’s name and select avatar details to match their gender and appearance. Each book is then custom-made with this unique character design, making your child the true hero of their story.

We'll always remind you 7 days before your next book ships, giving you plenty of time to choose a different story if you'd like!

Still have credits? No worries! Any credits you've accumulated can still be redeemed toward hardcover or softcover books, depending on your subscription plan. These credits never expire as long as you're an active subscriber—but keep in mind, unused credits will expire if you cancel your subscription.

Absolutely! You can cancel anytime from your account settings. There are no long-term commitments. If you need assistance please contact us.

As of April 16, 2025, we've transitioned from monthly credits to Magic Story+ AutoShip. If you still have unused credits, please note that they will expire at the end of your current billing cycle if you cancel your subscription and cannot be redeemed afterward.

We recommend using any remaining credits before canceling your subscription to ensure you don't miss out on your personalized books!

Digital App and Story Access

All Magic Story customers and Magic Story+ subscribers can access their personalized stories, along with our Magic Story Classics and non-personalized stories for free directly through the Magic Story app, available on iOS. Simply log in to the Magic Story iOS app to access your library and preview all of our collections!

I can't find the app in the App Store. Help? 

Make sure you're searching for "Magic Story" by Magine Studios. If you're still having trouble, the direct link or QR code above will take you right there. Remember, Magic Story is currently only available for iOS devices (iPhone and iPad).

What iOS version do I need? 

Magic Story requires iOS 15.0 or later and is compatible with iPhone and iPad.

Once I download the app, how do I get started? 

After installation, open the app and simply sign in with your existing credentials.

Purchasing and Customization

All books are custom-made and require approximately 2-3 business days to print before they ship.

Yes, all Magic Story books are available in both durable hardcover and lightweight softcover options, allowing you to choose the format that best suits your needs.

Since each Magic Story book is personalized and made-to-order, production begins immediately after your order is placed. Because of this, we typically cannot accommodate changes once an order is submitted. If you have questions about your order, please contact us right away.

Currently, Magic Story is available only in English, but we plan to offer more languages soon. Follow us on social media for updates!

International Orders

Currently, shipping is only available within the continental United States. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations are not available at this time.
