If you’re having trouble signing in to the Magic Story app, don’t worry — this is usually easy to fix!

Sign in with your email

1. Open the Magic Story iOS app

2. Tap “Sign In” (not Sign in with Apple)

3. Enter your email: the same email used when placing your order

4. Enter the code sent to your email

5. Open the Library tab to see your personalized stories
   
   

Common fixes

• Double-check that you’re using the same email from your order
• Log out and sign back in

• Delete and reinstall the app
